The reception staff are also really helpful and I felt very safe in the clinic during Covid-19 times. I cannot fault my experience! :)

I was researching my options after my front crowns had finally given up when I came across The Rickmansworth Clinic. I went to a few places for some advice but this was the only place I left feeling positive and hopeful and most importantly, listened to. I thought I needed implants and met initially with Dr Phil but these guys offered an alternative and less intrusive (and less expensive) solution and I was thrilled! I was introduced to lovely Sav (Dr Shah) and I instantly knew I would be in good hands. Highly professional, thorough and diligent - this guy really cares about what he is doing. Your teeth and smile REALLY matter to him. I look forward to my appointments with him, knowing unequivocally that I'm cared for. I knew what was happening all the way through my treatment and the price and payment options were clear and open. The appointments are not rushed but efficient. You have time to make decisions and never once did I feel under any pressure to have a procedure done I wasn't comfortable with or didn't feel I need. Not only is Sav a pretty top bloke, he surrounds himself with highly professional and wonderfully efficient and kind technicians, hygienists, nurses, assistants and reception team. My treatment was finished yesterday and the results made me cry happy tears. I had high expectations but Sav exceeded them. The results are astonishingly good. So please go to him - don't even think twice. He wouldn't know how to let you down

I can't recommend Sav highly enough! He has been fantastic , offering professional services along with being helpful and has been really approachable. My entire treatment plan for Invisalign has been top notch and got the results what I wanted, in fact ...more. Definitely more confident in smiling away in public than shying away previously. I had an Invisalign brace fitted here by Dr Shah as well as some whitening treatment. The whole process was very easy and transparent. Dr Shah was very informative over the whole process and always upfront with the pricing and the outcomes of my treatment. Would recommend to anyone looking for similar treatment!
